Day Conference: Trusts and Estates

Learning objectives: to improve knowledge and understanding of recent and likely future developments in the law and practice relating to trusts and estates and to provide practical guidance to practitioners in these fields.

As part of its continuing program of professional development seminars and conferences, 5 Stone Buildings will hold a day conference on trusts and estates, areas at the core of 5 Stone Buildings’ work.

Chaired by Tracey Angus QC the conference will address claims for equitable compensation, trusts and matrimonial finance, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Public Trustee v Cooper applications, undue influence, proprietary estoppel and equitable co-ownership.

There will be a charge for this seminar to cover the costs of catering. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis.
