We hope that you are satisfied with the service that members of chambers and our clerks & staff provide. However, if you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of chambers’ work, please have regard to our complaints policy (link below), which sets out the procedures we have established for handling complaints.
If in your view a satisfactory outcome is not achieved as a result of chambers’ internal complaints procedure, you may be entitled to access the Legal Ombudsman’s non-judicial dispute resolution procedure.
