What to expect at the conference

5 Stone Buildings is holding a half-day conference to consider and discuss recent developments in Court of Protection litigation.

5 Stone Buildings is the only set to be ranked by Chambers Bar Guide in Band 1 for Court of Protection – Property and Affairs and 13 members of chambers have individual rankings in this area.  Members of chambers regularly appear in the leading cases in this area and have particular expertise in cases involving high net worth individuals and international elements.

Chaired by David Rees KC, who is recognised as a leading expert in Court of Protection work, the conference will consider recent developments, in particular in the property and affairs field, and there will be a panel session focussing on issues that can arise when advising high net worth individuals in this area.
