Pensions and Inheritance Tax

A major change to the taxation of estates will come into effect in April 2027, when pension death benefits will become subject to Inheritance Tax. Simon Douglas has written an article in Tax Advisor which considers these changes and looks at steps that clients can take to mitigate their impact.
