Ilott and beyond: the Inheritance Act in the spotlight

On 11 April 2017, we held a half-day conference dealing with the implications of the Supreme Court decision in Ilott v Mitson, in which Penelope Reed QC and Hugh Cumber acted successfully for the appellant charities.
