On 22nd June 2020, Sarah and Rose recorded a webinar titled – Taking Accounts.
The webinar discussed principles and practical points involved in seeking and obtaining a court order for a fiduciary (e.g. trustee, personal representative, attorney or partner) to account for their dealings with the property to which their fiduciary duties relate. We will look at topics such as (i) when an order for an account will be made (ii) what is involved in the court process of “taking an account” (iii) the difference between common accounts and accounts on the footing of wilful default.
