Sam Chandler is currently in the Upper Tribunal acting for HMRC in Acornwood.

This case is part of the Icebreaker litigation, a music scheme commonly referred to as the Take That v The Taxman. There is approximately £350m of tax at stake. Sam is being led by new silk Jonathan Davey QC of Wilberforce Chambers.
