The fourth edition of Blackett-Ord on Partnership has been published by Bloomsbury Professional, edited by Mark Blackett-Ord and Sarah Haren.  A previous edition was described in the Court of Appeal by Lord Wilson as “Mr Blackett-Ord’s excellent book”.The book is available from the publishers with more details found to be here along with a review of the latest edition.
