David Rees will be speaking at the Private Client Conference in Bristol run by the Bristol Law Society in conjunction with St Johns Chambers and Clarke Willmott.

This conference will be held on Wednesday 26th September. David will be giving an Update on the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and will review a number of recent Court of Protection decisions relating to property and affairs. More details can be found here.
