Martin Farber has a niche specialisation in costs law but is first and foremost a commercial/chancery practitioner whose practice covers the full range of international and domestic commercial transactions and contracts, including:

He represented a number of financial institutions in the Barlow Clowes civil litigation (financial services and advice) and acted in the civil litigation concerning the Bamber Estates (management/winding up of estate trusts).
